After a record-breaking 2024 event, the 8th Annual IPDS Tech Summit returned to MGM National Harbor on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025.

The day was packed with powerful presentations, top-tier sponsors, over $15,000 in raffles and prizes, and a memorable evening of networking and entertainment, all while keeping our commitment to delivering a customer-first event.

Unfortunately not, we ask that each individual person planning on attending registers themselves due to the nature of the planning involved with hotel rooms, etc.

Business casual is the short answer. We like to keep it professional, laid-back, and fun. So feel good, look sharp, and leave the suit and tie at home.

Currently, complimentary self-parking and paid valet parking options are available to all event attendees and registered guests. Valet parking is NOT covered by IPDS.
All parking fees repeat every 24 hours. Parking fees may be higher during special events. Hotel and casino valet is $25 for 0-6 hours and $45 for 6+ hours.  Please note that self-parking is located at the opposite end of our event space and will be a 5-7 minute walk to your event room, however, it is a scenic route and will allow guests to get a quick view of majority of the experiences they could have while enjoying the resort.

Yes, wi-fi will be provided at this event.

Yes, you may have heard that IPDS will cover a one-night stay for all customers and prospects, but in order to keep this a customer-first event, we ask that all partners cover the cost of their own rooms. The negotiated rate in our room block is $289/night plus taxes and fees.
