IPDS Pre-Sales Engineering Team

Our IPDS pre-sales engineering team works as part of the 3-legged stool that is Sales, Pre-sales, and Post-sales.

The pre-sales team is the collaboration glue between selling and implementation.

We are heavily involved in the sales cycle providing both design and integration oversight as we interface directly with our customers and act as technical experts to best meet their needs.

The hand-off to the post-sales team is also extremely critical in order to ensure proper installation, integration, and knowledge transfer to our customers.

Although there are “specialists” on the pre-sales team, most of our team are generalists.

We are able to talk to many different product sets/portfolios across multiple vendors/manufacturers.

Ultimately, it comes down to relationship building, communication, and listening.

We strive to be an extension of our customers’ team by becoming their trusted advisors with regard to their environments.
