The IPDS Implementation and Design teams collaborate before projects are kicked off. This gives an additional layer of protection and ensures a smooth handoff for our customers.

Project efficiency is a key metric that we use to determine a successful project. Our level of focus in this area by our Project Management team is maniacal and allows us to finish projects not only on time, but on budget, ALWAYS!

An IPDS project is never finished until our team does their final knowledge transfer. This ensures that everyone involved in that final step fully understands how to go about the day-to-day operation of the system.
